In this combination of products, the DOC’s primary functions are to oxidize HC, CO & SOF to CO2 & H2O, make NO2 from NOx for Passive Regeneration of soot and generate heat for Active Regeneration applications. 

DPF technology typically uses a substrate made of ceramic material that is formed into a honeycomb structure. In order to reduce emission from diesel vehicles, the DPF captures and stores exhaust particulate matters which are periodically burnt off to regenerate and clean the filter.

LNT Technology is designed especially for the EURO VI NOx after treatment system. Ecocat India’s DOC/LNT+DPF ensures low temperature operations, high NOx removal activity and cost effective emission control solutions. 

The DPFs primary function is to trap PM consisting of soot, oil and ash out of which the oil and soot particles are continuously regenerated passively.

Ecocat India’s DOC (Diesel Oxidation Catalyst) + POC (Particulate Oxidation Catalyst) is an oxidation catalyst combined with a particulate filter. The particulate filter may be coated or uncoated with precious metal.

It is a new catalyst concept designed and developed for diesel engines to achieve EURO III, IV, & V emission limits by trapping and oxidizing the particles.

In this combination, the DOC’s primary functions are to oxidize HC, CO & SOF to CO2 & H2O, make NO2 from NOx for Passive Regeneration and generate heat for Active Regeneration applications.

The DPF traps PM, oil ash while the SCR Technology is specially designed to reduce the NOX emission at low temperatures using NO2.

Nitrogen dioxide is required to enhance the performance of several types of SCR catalyst as well as to promote the passive regeneration of DPF. Ecocat’s DOC used in SCR applications are typically optimized for high NO2 production.

The Urea Mixer works to evaporate the urea water solution and decompose it into ammonia in the mixer. As a key aspect of high NOx reduction performance, the Ecocat urea mixer provides uniform NH3 distribution on the SCR catalyst inlet face while minimizing the risk of urea deposits.

Ecocat’s Gasoline Particulate Filter (GPF) is an emission after treatment technology based on the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF). It has been developed to control particulate emission from Gasoline Direct Injection (GDI) engines.
